Waltham Forest Council have asked Big Creative Training to produce mini games to help teach users about the dangers of Cybersecurity. Game design learners have produced two games; Motherboard and CyberShip which both present the user with a series of mini games that explore phishing emails and password security.
Cybership
BCE, in association with Waltham Forest council present Cybership; an enthralling virtual experience that throws you into a dangerous and enticing situation. A volatile asteroid has hit your ship and unleashed a number of dangerous viruses and security breaches. As head engineer of intergalactic star frigate ‘LBWF Secure,’ you must restore system safety to the ship. With the assistance of your trusted steward bot ‘J.E.O.R.G.E,’ you will complete a series of mini puzzles to repair and protect the systems before the ship crashes into cyberspace and is lost to the robotic infection.
Motherboard
Welcome to Motherboard! You will be playing as ‘Anti,’ an antivirus hero sent to clean up the Malware infection that has invaded the world of Motherboard. Through this adventure, Anti will encounter internet enemies in The Maze, organise emails in Operation:Phishing, and select passwords in Password Portal. Will Anti be the one to save Motherboard, or will Malware take over? It’s up to you.
