Big Creative Training is constituted as a ‘not for profit’ company limited by guarantee formed in February 2000. BCT charitable objectives are summarised as follows;

  1. Advance education and training, in particular (without limitation): to support young people in need by reason of youth, financial hardship, ill-health, disability, age, or other disadvantage; and by collaborating with associated education and training organisations;
  2. Relieve need arising by reason of youth, financial hardship, ill-health, disability, age, or other disadvantage;
  3. Provide and promote training, apprenticeships and employment opportunities for young people, not otherwise in training, or employment;
  4. Support young people in the development of business opportunities; and
    Provide and promote adult learning and training.

BCT has appointed an advisory board that is formed of non-exec directors and 3 directors with relevant experience.

The board meet quarterly to review and develop BCT performance and strategy.
