Slick Casting - Casting Assistant Trainee
 
Slick Casting are are crowd casting specialist for film, television, commercials, photographic, corporate, pop promo and events.

The Junior Administrator will be required to provide office
and administrative support to the company director and casting team. This role is vital for the smooth running of the business. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.

• Provide office support to the senior casting team
• Fielding telephone calls- Answers phone calls and transfers them asnecessary
• Receiving and directing visitors
• Creating Spreadsheets and presentations for registrations
• Office Filling
• Maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.
• Manage all applicants data entry into new booking system
• Manage and approve new applications and keeping profiles updated
• Chase applicants right to work documents and DBS
• Chase applicants to complete casting profiles
• Manage new and exciting applications to new booking system
• Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
• Update Premium profiles
• Update Standard Profiles
• Update the Casting opportunities board
• Arrange and book in photo-shoots with casting team

Entry requirements

  • 16-18 (19-year-olds are acceptable if they were 18 on or before 31st July 2022. We can also accept candidates up to 24 years old if they have an EHCP)
  • Must not possess qualifications above level 3
  • Must not be in education or full-time work
  • Be willing to commit to all elements of the traineeship
  • Be willing to commit to a 6-7 month programme

A traineeship is a programme consisting of a work placement, vocational training and work preparation training. You must be willing to commit to all elements of the programme. If you have not achieved your Maths/English GCSEs at grade 4 or above or Level 2 Functional Skills, you will study towards these qualifications during your traineeship.
