Last week, one of our students, Gabriel, had the exciting opportunity to complete his work experience placement with Fletcher Priest—an award-winning architecture, urban design, and interior design practice based in London. Established in 1978, the firm has grown to over 100 professionals and is renowned for its work across workplace, residential, cultural, and life sciences sectors.
From the outset, Gabriel made a strong impression on the team. He settled in quickly, showing great enthusiasm and engagement throughout his placement. It was clear to see how comfortable he became within the studio environment, confidently getting involved in activities and making the most of the experience.
The Fletcher Priest team provided fantastic support and encouragement during his time there. Special thanks go to Josh and Chau Anh, who worked closely with Gabriel and were extremely pleased with his progress. Their guidance helped him to thrive and gain valuable insight into the world of architecture and design.
A highlight of the week was Gabriel’s final presentation, where he showcased what he had learned. The team were so impressed with his development and professionalism, reinforcing what a positive and productive experience the placement had been.
Overall, this placement has been incredibly valuable for Gabriel, giving him real-world exposure, building his confidence, and supporting his journey as he prepares for the next stage of his studies. We wish him the very best with his Part 1 and look forward to seeing where his ambitions take him next.
A big thank you once again to the Fletcher Priest team for creating such a welcoming and inspiring environment, and for giving Gabriel this fantastic opportunity.”
