Signature Brew – Venues & Events Marketing Apprentice

About the role

We’re on the hunt for a sharp, creative and music-obsessed Events & Retail Marketing Apprentice to drive the buzz behind our shows and venues.

Taking the excitement of our events and what happens in our venues to a wider audience, with product being central.

If you’ve got an eye for design, a knack for digital, and a passion for live music that knows no limits, this is your stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social media management & paid ads
Plan and deliver regular content and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and emerging platforms, with a strong understanding of Meta Business Suite and paid ad performance.
  • Event marketing delivery
Own marketing activity for events post-booking, supporting campaigns from announcement through to show day and beyond.
  • Content creation
Attend events to capture high-quality, engaging content in real time and for future promotion. Includes direct-to-camera pieces with visiting high profile artists and live performance capture across Signature Brew venues – from both sides of the camera.
  • Communication & liaison
Coordinate with artists, agents, publicists, venues and press, producing excellent copy and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
  • People skills & live presence
Be a visible, engaged part of the live experience, representing Signature Brew with energy and professionalism and contributing positively to partner and artist experiences in our venues.
  • Adaptability under pressure
Respond quickly to lineup changes, promotional shifts and artist needs in the fast-paced, unpredictable live music environment.
  • Self-starting & ownership
Take initiative on new ideas, campaigns and improvements to the event marketing process, managing work independently and seeing projects through.

This role is all about capturing standout content in our venues and with the artists who play Signature Brew every week. We’re looking for someone confident behind the camera and in front of it. About the Employer

At Signature Brew we make award-winning beer in our North East London HQ, a state-of-the-art brewery by day, legendary live music venue by night.

We formed back in 2011 during the craft beer revolution, and since then we’ve collaborated with more musicians than any other brewery on the planet.

In an age where time comes at a premium, every moment counts, but none more than those spent enjoying great music in good company. We exist to ensure these times are never compromised; from the moment the first beer hits to the moment the beat drops.
