Mayamada is an entertainment brand that operates across comics, games and youth engagement. The brand is set within a television network universe featuring an all-animal cast of characters.

    You will be focused on producing and executing high-quality livestream events that engage and entertain our audience, while also promoting our brand and products.

    You will be working within the team to keep our community and collaborators informed, and event attendees engaged throughout an event. This will include starting relevant conversations and keeping attendees informed on what is happening at each stage of an event.

    Entry requirements

    • 16-18 (19-year-olds are acceptable if they were 18 on or before 31st July 2022. We can also accept candidates up to 24 years old if they have an EHCP)
    • Must not possess qualifications above level 3
    • Must not be in education or full-time work
    • Be willing to commit to all elements of the traineeship
    • Be willing to commit to a 6-12 month programme

    Skills required

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Basic knowledge of livestreaming technology and software such as OBS, XSplit or Streamlabs.
    • Experience with video and audio editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Audition, is a plus.

    A traineeship is a programme consisting of a work placement, vocational training and work preparation training. You must be willing to commit to all elements of the programme. If you have not achieved your Maths/English GCSEs at grade 4 or above or Level 2 Functional Skills, you will study towards these qualifications during your traineeship.
