Pack London – Promotions Assistant apprentice

About the role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and creative Promotions Assistant to help turn ambitious campaign ideas into reality, from first enquiry through to the big reveal.

This is a varied role that sits right at the heart of the business, spanning campaign management, supplier relationships, creative production and experiential activations. No two days look the same. One day you could be coordinating a national or international poster campaign; the next, helping land a Piccadilly Circus takeover or producing a brand activation that gets people talking.

If you love juggling multiple projects, solving problems on the fly, working alongside creative people and watching campaigns come to life in the real world, sometimes on some of the biggest screens on the planet, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Campaign Delivery:

  • Coordinate outdoor advertising campaigns from planning through to completion
  • Liaise with media owners, suppliers and production partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time
  • Monitor campaign progress, resolve issues quickly and keep projects moving
  • Build strong working relationships with suppliers and identify new opportunities and partners

Campaign Planning & Proposals:

  • Help prepare client proposals and campaign presentations
  • Research advertising opportunities and compile media options
  • Source imagery and supporting materials to help bring campaign ideas to life
  • Maintain campaign documentation and pricing databases

Creative Production:

  • Prepare artwork for production and carry out quality checks before campaigns go live
  • Organise campaign photography and reporting materials for clients
  • Coordinate print production and promotional materials
  • Assist with flyer, poster and promotional distribution where required

Experiential & Activations:

  • Support the planning and delivery of experiential campaigns, pop-ups and promotional activations
  • Coordinate suppliers, staffing and logistics to ensure events run smoothly
  • Assist with merchandising and campaign assets where required

Operations & Studio Support:

  • Help improve internal systems, processes and project organisation
  • Maintain accurate campaign schedules, reports and documentation
  • Support the wider team across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
  • Continuously look for smarter and more efficient ways of working

Please note: This role is primarily remote, with regular time in our King’s Cross office and occasional on-site work at campaigns, activations and events.

Training to be provided

  • Level 3 Multichannel Marketer
  • In-house mentoring

Personal Qualities

  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to solve problems independently
  • A genuine interest in advertising, events, music, fashion or culture

Skills Required

  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Great communication skills and confidence working with clients, suppliers and partners
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Basic image editing skills (Photoshop or similar)
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to improve productivity is a bonus

Qualifications Required

You’ll need a good level of English and a keen interest in marketing, advertising and brand activations. Formal qualifications like GCSEs are helpful but not essential.

Things to Consider

The apprenticeship programme and your employment are fully integrated. You will be expected to show strong commitment to both your job role and your training. While the majority of your time will be spent working at Pack London, a dedicated part of your contracted hours will be set aside for training towards your accreditation.

Future Prospects

We will review all future prospects upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
