Pack Group London – Social Media / Content Creator Apprentice

About the Role

As a Content & Social Media Apprentice at Pack, you’ll be at the heart of bringing festival experiences to life online. You’ll create engaging social media content and campaign creatives, focusing on the areas that best match your skills and interests. Show your potential, and you could take on bigger projects, gain career-boosting opportunities, and even explore full-time roles beyond your apprenticeship.

We’re looking for someone who’s a natural problem-solver, loves connecting with communities, and has music running through their veins. You’ll be a festival enthusiast, comfortable across all key social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Threads) and confident creating face-to-camera content. If you thrive in fast-paced, creative environments, enjoy rolling up your sleeves, and want to make your mark in the world of live music marketing, this is the role for you. No prior events experience is needed — just a passion to learn, create, and be part of a fun, dynamic team.

Role Objectives

  • To support the social media and marketing plan for our festival and events portfolio
  • To create unique and effective content to use cross-platform including face to cams
  • To suggest and develop on culturally relevant content creation
  • To contribute to the festival’s social media and communications, adapting to trends and internal information
  • Support on the copywriting for festival communications across web, social media and beyond
  • Creative content production from simple graphics to Reels using appropriate tools like InShot, Adobe, Canva (no experience required, but a keenness to learn)
  • Make additions to the the content calendar with great attention to detail and with up-to-date industry knowledge inputted
  • Support on inbound and outbound communications from our official platforms, mailer and inbox
  • Be a happy, enthusiastic and friendly first point of online contact for our audiences and festival goers
  • Due to the nature of our group of companies, from time to time, your role will also include work on other brands and roles within the company as requested by your line manager or the management team

  • Highly creative and interested in content creation
  • Must be confident being in front of the camera
  • Aware of current trends and able to adapt quickly
  • A flair for copywriting and an eye for detail
  • Can demonstrate they have created content on their own social media channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised and ability to multitask
  • An ability to complete data driven reporting and analysis

Qualifications Required

Five GCSEs at Grades A*-C or 9 – 4 (including English & Maths), Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths, or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Things to Consider

The apprenticeship programme and your employment are fully integrated. You will be expected to show strong commitment to both your job role and your training. While the majority of your time will be spent working at Pack London, a dedicated part of your contracted hours will be set aside for training towards your accreditation.

We will review all future progression upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
