About the Role

Beautiful Digital are looking for a new music assistant to join our team – Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist on campaigns for high-profile clients & their teams.
• Learn to manage client social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Giphy, Twitch and other relevant platforms.
• Assist on and learn to create detailed and robust digital strategies and plans for accounts.
• Take notes on client calls and meetings.
•  Learn to develop innovative marketing campaigns for clients.
• Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms where relevant.
• Learn to work with the internal Beautiful Digital creative team to produce dynamic graphic and video content.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed knowledge and demonstrated interest of the digital music landscape.
• Have a deep understanding of social channels and communicating with audiences through different mediums
• Some experience shaping and managing successful social media marketing.
• High level of attention to detail
• Able to communicate a clear sense of purpose, direction, and success in a self-assured and articulate manner.

Important other information

Must love music and have some knowledge across the current contemporary scene.

Min GCSEs in Maths / English

Things to Consider

The apprenticeship programme and your employment are fully integrated. You will be expected to show strong commitment to both your job role and your training. While the majority of your time will be spent working at Beautiful Digital, a dedicated part of your contracted hours will be set aside for training towards your accreditation.
