Who are the trainees?

BCE attract talent to our traineeship roles from candidates with varying levels of a experience  and qualifications.

They’re generally aged 16-18 years old.

We receive interest from diverse, aspiring creatives, including:

  • BCE graduates
  • NEET candidates (Not in education, employment or training)
