What happens next?

Responsibilities:
ï‚·Develop and execute social media and online strategies to drive traffic of potential clients to the company site or social channels.
ï‚·Create and share engaging content relevant to company activities, clients, and office culture, while keeping up with current content trends.
Optimize the company’s pages and social channels.
ï‚·Regularly analyze and audit social channels and data, and report to General Manager to gain a collective understanding of high performing posts.
ï‚·Create well targeted ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tiktok and LinkedIn

ï‚·Highly communicative and confident
ï‚·Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload
ï‚·Proficient in video editing software (computer and iPhone)
ï‚·Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
ï‚·Creative flair
ï‚·Ability to both work under supervision and independently, showing initiative

Important other information

If your education was outside of England you must provide Ecctis translations of your grades. International applicants outside of the EU must have correct Visa permissions before applying.

Qualifications Required

Five GCSEs at Grades A*-C or 9 – 4 (including English & Maths), Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths, or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Things to Consider

The apprenticeship programme and employment are inclusive of each other. You will need to demonstrate excellent levels of commitment to both the training and job role. You will work at H.O.M.E / BSI Merch 80% of the time, and train towards your accreditation for 20% of the time.

House of Music and Entertainment is a music-industry focused co-working, networking, incubation, collaboration, and event space in London Spitalfields. The space houses up to 90 music industry professionals, and consists of private offices, hot-working desks, bookable meeting rooms and event and pop-up retail space. H.O.M.E’s mission is to encourage the independent music industry to collaborate and build a better collective future for music.
