About The Role

We’re looking for an Apprentice join our team in the management of paid Social Media Campaigns. This role will be working with our UK team, but we’re flexible about where you’re based.

Paid Social Apprentice Responsibilities:

  • You will support the development of our paid social lead generation strategy with the Paid Socila Media Manager, working with the key social media platforms to deliver on various objectives.
  • You will learn and support the end-to-end management and deliverables of specified paid social campaigns from implementation to optimisation, ensuring its delivery to time, budget & quality standards.
  • You will manage all social media paid reporting across the client roster, aiding in campaign strategy and development.
  • You will assist the Paid Social Management Team in working alongside our organic and content teams to ensure short and long term targets are being met and learnings are shared in order to support and scale paid social marketing.
  • You will adopt a continual ‘test and learn’ approach to all Paid Social activities.
  • You will learn to use all social media business and paid tools for campaign setup and reporting.
  • You will share your experience to improve and test existing campaigns and paid social strategies.

Skills required

  • ● A strong interest in Facebook Business & Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Linkedin.
  • Interest and knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters and basic code implementation
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyse and draw insights from large data sets
  • Good knowledge of excel; comfortable in analysing data sets, formulas and pivot tables
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible & Agile working attitude with good problem solving skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with a wide range of platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and TikTok plus social media tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a track record of delivering on time.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Able to maintain successful relationships with internal and external networks that work to mutual benefit.
  • Able to communicate a clear sense of purpose, direction and success in a self-assured and articulate manner.
  • Able to deliver projects with the team using all available resources, measuring and monitoring performance throughout.
  • Committed to continuous learning and evolving with industry best practice

  • In-house mentoring
  • Level 3 Music Assistant 

Things to consider

Working from home role.
The apprenticeship programme and employment are inclusive of each other. You will need to demonstrate excellent levels of commitment to both the training and job role. You will work at Beautiful Digital 80% of the time, and study in further education 20% of the time

Qualifications Required

Five GCSEs at Grades A*-C or 9 – 4 (including English & Maths), Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths, or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship. International students must supply Ecctis translations.

Future Prospects

Full time permanent position post apprenticeship.
